Platform Rules for Bangladesh Players

1.1   The b222 platform is intended solely for adult players aged 21 years or older. By creating an account or using any b222 service, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age and legally permitted to participate in online betting and casino activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

1.2   b222 strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 21. Any account found to be operated by or on behalf of a minor will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and all deposits will be returned to the originating payment method subject to verification.

1.3   You may only open and maintain one account on b222. Duplicate or multiple accounts are prohibited. If b222 identifies that a player holds more than one account, the secondary account(s) will be closed, any balances transferred to the primary account will be subject to review, and bonus funds associated with any duplicate account will be cancelled.

1.4   You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, organisations, and automated programmes may not register for or use a b222 account.

2.1   To use the b222 platform, you must complete the registration process accurately and provide truthful, current, and complete information. You agree to promptly update your registration information whenever it changes.

2.2   b222 implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. As part of this process, you may be required to provide one or more of the following documents:

• The account is under investigation for suspected fraud, multiple account use, or abuse of promotions

3.5   b222 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile banking provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside b222's control.

4.1   All bets placed on b222 are final once confirmed. b222 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where an obvious pricing error or technical fault has occurred, as determined solely by b222.

4.2   b222 reserves the right to void any bet, in whole or in part, in the following circumstances:

• The event to which the bet relates is cancelled, abandoned, or voided by the relevant sporting authority
• The bet was placed after the event, match, or outcome to which it relates has already been determined (late bet)
• The odds were published in error due to a manifest pricing mistake
• The player obtained, or attempted to obtain, an unfair advantage through the use of information not publicly available at the time of bet placement
• The bet is identified as forming part of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt activity

In the event of a disconnection during a live game, the game outcome will be determined by the studio's server records, which are final.

Engaging in any of the activities listed below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances (including real money and bonus funds), and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Registering or operating more than one b222 account in any name, whether your own or another person's
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or any other technology to mask your true geographic location or to circumvent access restrictions

10.4   b222 is not responsible for any telecommunications failures, internet connectivity issues, or device malfunctions that affect your ability to place bets or access live games. 11.1   b222 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice if b222 determines, in its sole discretion, that the player has breached any provision of these Terms, has engaged in prohibited activities, or has provided false registration information.

11.2   In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, b222 may withhold any funds held in the account pending the outcome of an investigation. Where fraud or criminal activity is confirmed, funds may be frozen indefinitely and referred to the relevant authorities.

11.3   Players who wish to close their b222 account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any real money balance remaining in the account at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method after standard verification checks are completed.

12.1   b222 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be communicated via the b222 platform and/or by email to the registered address. 12.2   If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

12.3   These Terms, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in which b222 is registered and operates. Nothing in this clause prevents b222 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or platform integrity.
